The Process

We reviewed usage data to learn which screens people actually opened, then ran short interviews with long-time users. Prototypes were tested weekly with a small group before any visual design began.

  • Usage data review
  • User interviews
  • Information architecture
  • Dashboard prototypes and testing
  • Design system for charts

The Challenge

The dashboard showed every metric with equal weight. New users could not tell which numbers mattered, and returning users had to hunt for their weekly progress.

The Solution

A home view built around the three numbers people check most, with detail one click away. A shared chart style keeps every screen consistent and readable.

  • A focused home view with weekly progress first
  • Consistent, accessible chart components
  • A responsive layout for phone and desktop
